Yulia is studying International Law at the State University of Trade and Economics.
She has experience of in-depth study of European Union law. She has studied the extraterritorial effect of EU law and the regulation of IT services, and has completed a module on migration policy.
Yulia specializes in legal support of IT companies in the iGaming industry, including drafting and proofreading license agreements, obtaining gambling licenses, and preparing legal opinions upon client requests.
Her expertise also covers the development of policies in accordance with European legislation, a nalysis of tax, labor and licensing issues, ensuring compliance of the client’s product with GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PIPEDA and other local personal data protection acts.
