Oleksii is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, at the Educational and Scientific Law Institute. He actively participates in student moot courts and has earned several awards.
Oleksii has hands-on experience in the fields of AML and CTF, particularly in implementing compliance policies, conducting risk assessments, and monitoring transactions. He has worked with companies to ensure regulatory compliance and to implement effective KYC procedures across various jurisdictions.
In the iGaming sector, Oleksii is involved in licensing, legal support of company operations, contract preparation, and the implementation of compliance processes.
He also has a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, combining practical experience with legal expertise. Oleksii is well-versed in building affiliate programs, structuring payouts, traffic acquisition models, and managing relationships between affiliates and operators.
