Olha Liukhnich earned her Bachelor’s degree from Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, majoring in Journalism, Publishing, and Editing.
She later pursued a Master’s degree in the educational and research program Strategic Communications at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where she also obtained the qualification of Junior Research Fellow, allowing her to teach at the university level.
Olha is a strategic communications specialist with a deep understanding of public administration and experience in interagency and international cooperation. Her expertise includes developing public information campaigns, analyzing legal and regulatory acts, preparing high-level communication materials, and managing reputational risks in the public sector.
Her professional background includes collaboration with the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, where she served as a communications advisor to the Deputy Minister, as well as work with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine — particularly in the field of international cooperation with countries such as Israel, France, Japan, Singapore, and others. She contributed to drafting materials for international negotiations, governmental awards, approval of legal acts, and communication support for government decisions.
Olha combines strategic communication analysis with a strong grasp of the political context and exceptional editorial skills.
