Oleksandr Drozdyk

Oleksandr Drozdyk specializes in investment, tax, international contract, and corporate law.

As the head of the tax practice, Oleksandr manages various projects. In particular, he provides legal support on issues related to controlled foreign companies (CFCs), tax planning, and international structuring. During his tenure at DS Solution, Oleksandr has restructured five groups of companies, including the creation of holding structures for various businesses. He has extensive experience in structuring companies for the purpose of protection, accumulation of assets, and further investment activities.
Leading a team of investment practice, Oleksandr successfully supports investments from Due Diligence to closing. During the period of his work, Oleksandr has supported investments totaling more than $100 million at various stages of project development. In particular, a significant number of transactions were at the stage of equity investments. A significant part of the work within the investment practice was related to convertible instruments (SAFE, ASA, Convertible Loan, etc.), as well as the preparation of documents in the field of venture capital investment (Limited Partnership Agreements, Subscription Agreement, Side Letters).
Oleksandr’s specialization also includes drafting agreements with top management of projects, as well as documents within the framework of equity incentive programs (ESOP, separate option agreements, and Phantom Stock).
