Vladyslav Drapii
Vladyslav Drapiy graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Law (specialization in European Law) in 2019 from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. During his studies, he qualified as an English language translation specialist and gained fundamental knowledge in the field of public and private international law, as well as European law.
In 2020, Vladyslav graduated with a Master’s degree in European Business Law. The program included studying in-depth aspects of EU law, business and economic law, as well as practical skills necessary for working with EU institutions and the European Court of Justice.
Vladyslav Drapiy provides expert legal advice to companies in the IT, FinTech and iGaming sectors. He specializes in legal issues related to technology, intellectual property, data privacy and cybersecurity. His experience includes drafting contracts, including software license agreements, service agreements and technology contracts.
Vladyslav also advises on regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, business structuring, corporate agreements, and provides legal support during dispute resolution, including intellectual property issues and conflicts with regulators. He helps IT companies navigate the legal aspects of e-commerce, digital marketing and online platforms, ensuring their compliance with data protection, advertising and consumer rights laws.
His practice includes legal advice on data privacy issues, responding to security breaches and developing policies to protect clients’ businesses.
