Bachelor’s degree – Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences, specialising in International Law.
Master’s degree – Yevhen studied at the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, specialising in International Law.
Yevgen’s practice focuses on international contract, investment and corporate law. Yevgen provides comprehensive legal support for investment projects, including conducting due diligence, drafting and concluding investment and corporate agreements.
Yevgen also specializes in international tax law, in particular, he advises on optimization of tax liabilities, double taxation avoidance and choice of tax regimes in favorable jurisdictions based on clinets needs and requests.
